The trails were super buff on Sunday morning and Chuck and Dan and Utrek all hit out for a three hour mountain bike ride. Since I rode the project bike I was quite spent by the end for sure.
Now up in Portland for a few days so maybe I can get some sleep and rest for a few days.

yeah thats on a trail hear that people call ELF trail even though thats a gnome and even though the trail is really called ELV ( which I am pretty sure are a buddy of mines initials)
