Breakfast on the go hotel style: black coffee and a mutigrain bagel without cream cheese



planning on a 20 minute cross fit workout tonight:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
45 Squats

Sounds like a higher rep "Cindy" workout that I did last night:

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Pushups got damn ugly sometime after 10 minutes. Was to wiped to do my run afterward.
