So training has shifted from a ski winter with heavy weights to more bike. The triathlon was a great race to come out of the winter for. As I am working with less trails now due to heavy snowpack the choices are fewer but as we are in Bend Oregon the poor choices are still better than most towns so no complaining. Hit Peterson ridge in Sisters last weekend followed up by a sweet road ride on a work lunchbreak of 20 miles in a little over an hour with Steph. good route with hills. i forgot my GPS watch so will map it next week.
we are now T-minus 81 days until the crampuff race......
